Are There Any Cheat Codes For Mutual?

My friend Nate Tucker recently asked "How do you improve your Mutual game?"
Other friends asked "Are there any cheat codes?" and "How do you lower the difficulty level?"

The Konami code only gives your character +5 Charisma, & it only works once.
But there are some more organic ways to improve your characters' stats: With enough XP, you can tweak your profile in a way that will generate better scenarios and allow you to play with better players, but those sometimes cause harder boss-battles (If you thought the DTR at Level 11 was difficult, look at what happens at the Water Temple on Level 32).
The most effective way to increase XP (along with developing skill trees and increasing travel distances) is unlocking new dialogue trees for your character and the other characters around you. A lot of players treat the other characters as NPCs, which leaves them with a very limited dialogue tree, usually set to either Small Talk or Jerk. You can unlock some very rewarding dialogue trees once you realize that every other character is controlled by an actual human who is trying to figure out the game just like you are, who's in the main quest with you, who's engaging in their own side quests, and they might appreciate a second player to unlock their objectives a little easier. Besides, they'll appreciate the extra XP. Along the way, not only will your skill tree develop, but you'll unlock more dialogue trees, starting with Get To Know You, but continuing to Empathy, Wit, and Deep Thought.
What most people don't realize about their Mutual game is that the opening menu where you customize your avatar and select other players to play with is one of the least important parts. Yeah, you can't access the main gameplay without it, but no part of the main game really progresses if you don't play well. You can play best if you broaden your dialogue tree (more topics, deeper subjects, more focus on the other player), increase your stats (especially Communication and Charisma), and design your own levels.
A lot of players just work with some of the levels the game suggests, usually ones that require a lot of in-game currency and not a lot of creativity - Dinner and a Movie, Lazer Tag, Mini Golf - and some of them are really effective if you play the level right. But it just becomes so much more effective once you start building your own levels that are designed to increase XP, help YOU decide if this is a player you want on your team, and give maximum opportunities for in-game dialogue.
If you want optimize your opening menu so you can get to gameplay faster and with better levels, it's not about how your avatar looks or whether your avatar is the best avatar out there. You don't want the profile that will lead to the most gameplay. You want the profile that will lead to players you actually want to play with. And the players you'll enjoy playing with are the ones who will naturally enjoy playing with you. So forget about making your profile popular and focus on crafting your profile so that it represents the best parts of your character. You might want to take a look at your character's stats, skill tree, and nature and see how to represent the best parts of them in brief words and pictures.
Remember: Mutual is just one of the many DLCs for the main MMO, so increasing your XP, skill trees, stats, and dialogue are a lot more important than optimizing the Mutual opening menu because those will help in every other part of the MMO.

Should The Book of Mormon Be A Movie?

Over the last few years, my brother and I have been brainstorming about how to make an epic movie (or series of movies) out of The Book of Mormon. We didn't want something simple. We want something epic - a grand adventure for the ages, like we sometimes say the Book of Mormon itself is. I've heard a lot of people love the idea, and I've heard a lot of concerns. I'd like to address some of the concerns and see if I can help. Perhaps you could help me address my major concern with making the Book of Mormon into a movie. If you have any more concerns, let me know. I'd love to discuss them. Concern #1: "It would be rated R." This is the single most frequent concern I hear. I even heard this from someone who played in the Bible videos. To be fair, it's a legitimate concern. There are plenty of lots of R-rated ancient war movies - from Gladiator  (2000), to 300  (2006) to the extended edition of The Hobbit: Battle of the Five Armies  (2014/2015). Th...

Age of Ultron as a Hawkeye Movie

We sometimes say that Tony is the ultimate antagonist of the MCU. We sometimes say that Avengers: Age of Ultron is a movie more about Hawkeye than any other character. But it turns out: You could rewrite Age of Ultron in a way that takes out Cap, Thor, Hulk, and Nat and you would have effectively the same movie. The plot of Avengers: Age of Ultron  is pretty simple: When Tony Stark gets manipulated into creating a robot to protect the planet that goes awry, the rest of the Avengers try to stop the robot from destroying the earth. Cap, Thor, Hulk, and Nat don't actually help  Ultron or the Avengers to succeed in their goals. So let's re-imagine Age of Ultron  as a solo Hawkeye movie. In this version, Hawkeye becomes the main character, and b ecause of their traumatic experiences involving Stark, Wanda and Lame Quicksilver are still villains. Tony is rewritten as an obvious villain, giving us 4 major villains:  Tony, Wanda, Lame Quicksilver, and Ultron, ...

Chloe Bennet? Please?

Every time I see anything about Avengers: Infinity War , I feel bogged down, even though I should be really excited for it. I finally realized the reason: No Chloe Bennet. At this point, all I care about with the MCU is what the official title of Spider-Man: The Winter Formal will be (because what else do you call the sequel to Homecoming ?), what new genres they'll explore, and how they'll have the TV shows will affect the movies. Chloe Bennet's character from Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. would be a fantastic addition to Avengers: Infinity  War . Her character is powerful enough to be helpful to the team, is from a show people already like, and is extremely easy to introduce to an audience that has never seen Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D . I would love to see Chloe Bennet in a Marvel movie. (The fact that she's extremely attractive doesn't hurt.)
